Contract Administration Services
We offer residential project management / contract administration services leading up to, during and after the construction phase of your build. During the construction phase we administer the terms of your building contract helping to bring certainty to the outcome and reduce project risk.
We are focussed on the time, cost and quality aspects of your build.

- Contract administration pre, during and after the construction phase
- Regular site meetings/ minutes with actions liaising between the builder and client
