Tendering Services

We offer comprehensive tendering services to assist in appointing a contractor best suited to the scale and complexity of your project. We select contractors and then assess tender responses on metrics including quality, capability, availability, price, value and risk. Our service extends to 'value management' where we confidently finalise all construction costs so as to meet your budget considerations.


We have you covered across the following:


  • Invitation for tender packages to achieve value for money with tried and tested builders
  • Contract selection, negotiation (eg; securities) review of insurances, related contract documents and execution of a building contract
  • Respond to RFI's and relay of all information 
  • Assess and compare trade package pricing on a 'like for like basis' across contractors
  • Adjustments to scope to arrive at an agreed construction cost
  • Contracts typically include ABIC, MBA, HIA, NSW Fair Trading via a cost plus or fixed price lump sum arrangement

Contract Administration Services

We offer residential project management / contract administration services leading up to, during and after the construction phase of your build. During the construction phase we administer the terms of your building contract helping to bring certainty to the outcome and reduce project risk. 

We are focussed on the time, cost and quality aspects of your build.


We have you covered across the following:


  • Contract administration pre, during and after the construction phase
  • Regular site meetings/ minutes with actions liaising between the builder and client
  • Ongoing design consultation/ interior selection (with architect/ interior designer)
  • Assessment of progress claims, variations, prime cost/ provisional sum allowances, extension of time and active management of all related contract terms
  • Issue of certificates, instructions and notices under the terms of the contract
  • Co-ordination of occupation certificate and defects liability period assistance

Red Tape Co-ordination Services

We provide specialised assistance with administrative and co-ordination tasks related to obtaining various certifications for your construction project. Our team can efficiently handle the administration and coordination required for your certifier, collating and loading all certifier checklists onto the NSW planning portal for the following certificates:


Complying Development Certificate (CDC)
